Job Description
The Department of Education is seeking a Payroll and Administration Officer to provide accurate and timely personnel and payroll services to the branch.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance of employee records for casual and temporary employees.
* Ensure payroll business processes are delivered accurately and consistent within industrial instruments, legislation, policy and procedures.
* Manipulate data and upload electronic paysheets for swimming instructors onto the payroll system.
Requirements
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with relevant work rights.
* Consent to a National Criminal History Check.
* Demonstrated experience in undertaking payroll duties and administrative procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
