The Role
We are seeking a full-time Retail Manager to lead our retail operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all aspects of retail operations, including sales, execution, compliance, and OH&S
* Implement promotional and retail development plans effectively
* Manage store image and standards, adhering to company policies and procedures
* Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders and team members
* Identify new retail and business opportunities
* Create and deliver daily plans to achieve store and individual budgets, KPIs, and visual merchandising goals
* Motivate and lead the team to provide excellent customer service
* Maximise sales and control expenses through understanding and driving KPIs and loss prevention strategies
* Oversee inventory records and stock levels
* Recruit, train, and retain team members to foster a collaborative culture
* Mentor and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in commercial retail management at a managerial level
* Minimum 1 year people management experience
* Strong operational management background
* Ability to adapt to change and instil a culture of excitement
* Demonstrated VM/volume stock management abilities
* Passion for driving customer service
* Good time management and attention to detail
