You will oversee and participate in all admin operational aspects of the front office, reception, theatre, wards and day unit areas and provide vital support to the Administration Manager.This role will involve some job share in supporting the front office team (for 2 days of the week), with the current front office team leader.This is a key leadership position which will see the successful candidate:Provide training, support, assistance and leadership to administrative staffWillingness and ability to jump into admin roles where requiredAct as a resource person/SME in relation to systemAssist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new staffAssist with preparation of rosters, manage sick calls and help ensure effective use of staff resources to meet KPI'sEnsure a high level of customer service and confidentiality is maintained in the unitRespond to billing hub requests and ensure timely completion of all certification and financial forms to meet revenue cycle KPI's.Ensure that all administrative functions support clinical and hospital requirementsEncourage a supportive and positive team environmentOther duties as directed by the Administration ManagerAbout YouYou are a proactive and people focused leader with strong communication and customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
