Contract Administrator job, (snr or interm) Commercial Project $30M+, Sunshine Coast, from $130k base
Your new company
A great opportunity has come to fruition to join a leading developer builder on the Sunshine Coast who create exceptional residential developments.
This one is no exception; a Mixed-Use Development in a prominent location. With a commitment to quality and innovation, they have successfully delivered numerous projects on the coast, providing you with the opportunity to join an established team.
Your new role
A Senior or Intermediate CA will suit this project across multiple stages: 50+ units and ground floor retail, consisting of 8 levels and in a desirable location.
This is an interesting project with amazing views, based on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the contracts for the project, from trade lettings to cost forecasting and everything in-between such as variations and progress claims.
You will be assisted by a junior CA and join a high-performing team where you can make a significant impact on the built environment on the Sunshine Coast.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you must have experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally on multi-residential unit developments, worth $10M or more in build cost.
If you're a CA ready to step up to a senior role, and have worked on other commercial projects, then please also apply.
A tertiary qualification or trade qualification will both be well regarded; strong communication skills are essential.
Only candidates based in Australia will be considered and preferably currently based (or soon to be) on the Sunshine Coast.
What you'll get in return
Salary will be commensurate with experience, while the $130k base is a good indicator, more for the right candidate. You will also be joining an established team with a successful track record, full of mentors and high-profile colleagues.
