Job Description As HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR activities across the entire employment lifecycle. You will work closely with the People Services Manager to ensure a fulfilling and engaging employee experience, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities will include;
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from position description development to candidate selection and onboarding;Facilitating performance management processes and supporting all aspects of Employee Relations;Supporting managers and staff on people-related matters and HR policies;Identifying training needs and employee engagement opportunities;Supporting the administration of HR and payroll systems to ensure accurate data for reporting purposes;Assisting in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, practices, and initiatives to ensure legal compliance and support retention;Ad hoc project related work including involvement in new HRIS.The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have experience in a similar generalist role. You will possess;
