The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Property Manager to join the Workplace & Logistics team in Melbourne. In this role you will be responsible for managing tenant relationships while also supporting Senior Property Managers and Facilities Managers. You will also assist in the day to day operations of our VIC logistics property portfolio.
This is a fixed term contract until end of June 2025.
Your tasks will include, but not limited to:
• Updating monthly reporting
• Liaising with suppliers, problem solving accounts payable queries
• Reviewing monthly billings report prior to tenant invoicing
• Reviewing comparison reports for unexplained variations
• Complete tenant recharges monthly
• Review income/accrual reporting
• Liaising with tenants/customers, manage tenant arrears. Escalate as required
• Provide receipting direction to accounts teams
• Various other administrative functions as required.
To be successful in this role you:
• Previous experience in property management or a related field
• Experience within an industrial setting is desirable but not essential
• Strong client focus with an ability to maintain effective relationships
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
