About the Role:
Due to continued success, we are looking for an experienced Property Valuer to join our Burnie Residential Division as a Residential Zone Manager. The role of the Residential Zone Manager is to assist the Residential Director by providing leadership and guidance to the residential service line valuation team, while achieving individual targets, producing high quality valuations as per service level agreements and contributing to the team by demonstrating the HTW values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting valuations and preparing high quality detailed reports within stipulated time frames.
• Assessing current market activity and analysing comparable sales data.
• Utilise technology for field inspections.
• Building effective business relationships internally and externally.
• Adhere to quality reporting standards and audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and maintain client relationships.
• Assist the Director with implementation of plans, policies, strategies and budget for the growth and profitability of the service line.
• Provide guidance and support in all aspects of valuations including training of Assistant Valuers and new Valuers who join the service line.
• Attend performance meetings to improve the performance of the service line and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Participate in the end to end process of the Assistant Valuer Graduate Program, which includes participating in the recruitment of new Assistant Valuers, mentoring and assisting Assistant Valuers with their preparation of attaining their CPV / RPV qualification.
• Cover the Director whilst on leave.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the following criteria:
• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification with a minimum of five years' experience.
• API Membership, Certificate of Compliance, and Risk Management Certificate.
• Proven experience completing property valuations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised and efficient.
• Ability to work within tight timelines and under pressure.
• Team player with a positive outlook.
What This Opportunity Will Mean for You:
A competitive remuneration package estimated around $120,000 - $150,000 AUD annually, depending on experience.
