About the role:
This role works closely with the Administration team and involves assisting clients, directors and then overall accounting team meet the businesses goals.
The ideal candidate will be confident and have superior communication skills.
You will be required to:
* Meet and greet on Reception
* First point of contact for incoming calls
* Appointment setting
* Assist the admin team with BAS and tax packs
* General administration for the office
* Work closely with client managers to ensure workflow across all teams
* Client liaison and coordination to ensure a smooth process
* Database management
* Build internal and external relationships
* Liaising with clients via phone and emails including scheduling meetings
* Scanning, filling and collating documents
About you:
* You will be a people person who genuinely enjoys building relationships
* Prior experience in working for an accounting firm
* Have a ‘can do’ attitude
* Polished presentation and impeccable client service skills
