As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with your clients to source great candidates for a wide range of different positions. You'll be the go-to for both your candidates and clients, bringing excellent communication and customer service standards to support them through the recruitment process. What will you be doing? As a specialised Insurance Recruitment Consultant your role is not just about matching great candidates with great clients, but also striving to hit key targets and contribute to team goals.
