About the role
The Customer Service Officer reports to the Administration Coordinator and is responsible for the provision of a high quality, confidential; customer focused administrative service to clients, staff and visitors of the Royal Adelaide Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital. This is achieved by responding to general frontline and telephone enquiries through the Switchboard, initiating paging, responding to the emergency phone and sending prompt and appropriate messages and direction in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
