Our Client is the Northern Territory's largest multi-franchise dealerships in Darwin. Our client has been selling and servicing new and used vehicles in Darwin and the surrounding region of NT for many years and we are searching for an experienced Administration Professional to join our clients team!
About the Role & Responsibilities:
The role delivers a excellent opportunity to join a solid Administration Department by leading experts in their field. This role plays a important part in the dealership.
Accounting duties, reconciliations, accrual's and journal processing EOM & EOFY Reporting Ability to audit, assess and ensure all compliance documentation Daily banking and cash sale processing Data entry input Provide high level of administration support to all staff and management
To be successful for this role, you will need the following:
Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent communication High degree of attention to detail Ability to work inside and meet strict deadlines Previous experience in an Administration role & bookkeeping duties Experience in using accounting and office software and database management Experience in the Automotive industry preferred, but not essential Australian Citizen
