About the team & about the role
Joining Sydney Airport as The Concierge and Guest Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless experience for our staff, stakeholders and visitors. You will act as the first point of contact, coordinate meeting and events logistics, manage administrative tasks including visitor registration, room bookings and catering.
The Concierge and Guest Services Coordinator forms a part of our Corporate Affairs team and will be reporting into the Concierge Manager.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Provide a professional and engaging welcome experience for all guests.
* Manage the daily scheduling and coordination of executive and stakeholder meetings across the Executive Floor and airport terminal meeting spaces.
* Oversee meeting room logistics
* Support the planning and execution of internal and external events
* Maintain accurate records and invoicing for external bookings
* Act as the primary liaison for Operations and Security regarding meeting and event bookings.
* Manage inventory, stock supplies, and oversee the locker system to support staff needs.
* Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
* Maintain and update visitor and staff onboarding systems to ensure efficient access and security.
* Provide high-level administrative support, leveraging systems such as Oracle and Outlook to streamline processes.
About you
* Relevant experience in a similar reception/concierge role, experience in the Aviation industry is beneficial.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience.
* Excellent relationship building and communication skills
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to problem-solve
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Can-do attitude and proactively look for work to do
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong Outlook Calendar knowledge
