The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client accounts, driving sales, managing procurement, and engaging with clients to provide exceptional service. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Management: Maintain, manage, and grow client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals, particularly for DJI products and Fliight Technologies Solutions.Procurement: Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing technical support, and fostering long-term relationships.Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers through targeted marketing campaigns, networking, and direct outreach.Technical Sales: Manage technical sales for buying and selling systems, providing detailed product information, and assisting clients with technical specifications and requirements.Solution Scoping: Work with clients and the Fliight Technologies team to develop and sell best-in-class technology solutions to fit our clients’ evolving needs.Marketing: Support in the creation and management of necessary marketing and sales material to support customer lead generation, revenue, and sales.Networking: Support in establishing and managing a sub-dealer network for DJI and other RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems).What We Are Looking For:Proven experience in sales, particularly in a technical or technology-driven industry.Strong knowledge of drone technology, including DJI products and solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Proficiency in the Google Suite and CRM software.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Flexible work environment.
