About the team

About the Opportunity
In this part time role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process by managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records to assist in the delivery of a value-add service.
This role will be across 3 days with the option for flexible delivery.
The role will involve:
* Managing the administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including updating our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), maintaining candidate records, scheduling interviews, arranging pre-employment medicals, background screenings and reference checks.
* Drafting and distributing employment contracts and offer letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational policies.
* Supporting our People Partnering team in the delivery of best practice recruitment strategies.
What do we want from you?
* Previous experience working within recruitment industry.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong Stakeholder engagement across internal and external parties.
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise.
* Experience working within a HRIS.
* High Level of personal effectiveness and ability to work independently.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Intermediate MSOffice suite skills.
