Wedding, Events + Conference Coordinator - Eastwood Hall
We are currently recruiting a dedicated Wedding, Events, and Conference Co-ordinator at Eastwood Hall (The Venues Collection) on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Wedding, Events, and Conference Co-ordinator, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Here’s an idea of what your shift patterns will be: Variable shifts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and preferences.
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of the wedding planning process, including contract negotiation and budget management.
* Create and maintain detailed timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
* Communicate with the wedding party to ensure they are informed and comfortable with the plan.
* Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process.
* Manage confirmed bookings and coordinate information in order to hand over to the operational team.
* Provide a high level of customer care, ensuring all inquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively in line with the company guidelines and policies.
* Ensure the smooth operation of the sales office by defining, documenting, and delivering a professional sales service.
* Be proactive and research past and present companies.
* Handle a high volume of inquiries and deal with those in a timely manner.
* Be flexible and dedicated to all types of sales inquiries.
