Our Glen branch is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead our operations.
Position Overview We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and leading our service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery Manage, train, and develop a team of staff members Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards Handle inventory management, stock ordering, and cost control Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations Manage staff scheduling and payroll administration Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and achieve revenue targets Maintain equipment and coordinate with maintenance services as needed Required Qualifications 2 years of restaurant management experience Related qualification preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication abilities in English (Mandarin language skills highly valued) Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills Available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings How to Apply Please click the apply button to apply for the position.
