We have an exciting opportunity for a Drafter/Surveyor to join our team at Geosurv. This hybrid role allows you to work on-site as a surveyor, primarily completing cadastral surveys and some detail/topo surveys for our engineering team at times. You can also spend time in the office or work from home to complete drafting tasks for our cadastral and construction teams.
About the Role:
* Produce area plans (measuring and drafting) in accordance with NLA, GLA, and GLAR guidelines to determine measured areas.
* Measure sites for the development of marketing drawings.
* Prepare as-built plans, including 2D floor plans, elevations, ceiling plans, and sections.
* Collaborate with and assist cadastral and construction teams, including site measurements and feature and level surveys.
* Perform volume calculations (experience preferred, but training can be provided).
* Produce Deposited Plans.
* Complete work-as-executed (WAE) documentation.
Role Requirements:
* Diploma in Surveying or a related field.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office/site).
* Proficiency in Civil 3D (preferred) or AutoCAD
* You must have experience in BOTH drafting and surveying to be considered for this role.
