We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to work with our client's dynamic and collaborative team. In this role you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining the company's documents and records. Collaborating closely with various departments to ensure that all documents are properly filed, indexed, and archived.
THE ROLE:
* Develop, maintain and implement document control procedures.
* Manage and maintain document registers, templates and workflows.
* Undertake regular documentation reviews.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Provide project teams with administration duties as required.
YOU:
* Previous experience in administration and document control roles.
* Aconex, SharePoint / SAP experience is highly desired
* Experience in organising catering and team events.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
