The Opportunity
A leading organisation is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives in a dynamic environment.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to nationally significant initiatives that promote international engagement and foster collaboration.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing executive schedules, coordinating travel, supporting events, and providing administrative support.
They will assist with financial reconciliations and play an integral part in achieving organisational objectives.
* Provide high-level executive support, including managing complex diaries and preparing daily schedules.
* Organise travel arrangements for 2 senior executives.
* Perform financial acquittals and contribute to monthly budget reconciliations.
* Manage internal office rosters and maintain corporate records and systems.
* Draft accurate correspondence and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
About You
To excel in this role, you will:
* Be highly organised with a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders with confidence and discretion.
* Have experience managing travel arrangements, office systems, and financial processes.
* Exhibit strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
* Be proficient in systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams (experience with SAP is advantageous).
* Show cross-cultural competency and thrive in a role requiring diplomacy and discretion.
* Have experience as an Executive Assistant within the Australian Federal Government.
Eligibility Requirements
* You must be an Australian citizen.
* You must hold and maintain a Baseline security clearance (at a minimum).
