About the Role As a Site Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to execute eBOP & Civil BOP Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities on-site near Warwick, QLD. This Monday-to-Friday role requires someone local to the area; however, flexibility for alternate site or travel arrangements may be considered. Responsibilities Lead the Site Technician team and foster a positive safety culture. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly tasks with the Site Manager for efficient labor and asset use. Oversee WTG, BOP, and other contractors to ensure high-quality, safe operations. Execute and supervise all preventative and corrective maintenance. Participate in on-call rosters to support operational needs. Perform HV switching and manage facility operations. Ensure systems accurately reflect work progress and data. Train and support technicians in troubleshooting, switching, and repairs. Manage tool and parts inventory for the wind farm. Uphold safety, health, and cleanliness standards for all site facilities. Qualifications & Experience High school education (college degree advantageous); three years in a supervisory technical role. High-voltage certification and experience with SGA/WMS, Enablon, and Maximo systems. Proven people leadership experience and strong communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; flexible to work overtime as needed. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for training or support at other sites.
