HR Advisor
Summary:
We seek an experienced HR professional to lead and manage human resource functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant legislation.
Responsibilities:
* Provide advice and support on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workplace policies.
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
* Manage recruitment processes, including job advertisements, interviews, and selection.
* Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and NDIS standards.
* Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
* Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as needed.
* Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a human resources role.
* Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, Fair work, SCHADS Award and compliance requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
* Experience in the disability services sector or NDIS framework (desirable but not essential).
* High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
