Based primarily at Moreton Bay, with occasional work at Caboolture and Sippy Downs, you'll ensure seamless operations by applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. This dynamic role requires flexibility and adaptability to deliver high-quality service, helping to create an outstanding learning experience for students.You willProvide technical expertise and support to undergraduate and post-graduate teaching and facilitate high-fidelity simulated learning for students across the disciplines of Nursing and Midwifery.Instruct in the use of simulation equipment and clinical learning facilities and oversee the operation of the technology to ensure safe and effective use of the equipment.Train and at times supervise casual team members when required.About youYou have strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate effectively, whether verbally, in writing, or through active listening. You thrive both independently and as part of a team, using your initiative to adapt to change and new situations with confidence. With a proactive approach, you can manage high-volume workloads under minimal supervision while applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.You will possess:Completion of a relevant degree with experience in the provision of a broad range of clinical activities in support of teaching in a health-related discipline.
