The Position
1. General facilities supervision and management
2. Administrative support and reporting
3. Cleaning and maintenance management
4. Management of client relationships and customer service
5. Establishing and maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring HSEQ systems, procedures and legislative requirements are followed and embraced.
The Person
6. Are practised in facilities management or have supervisory experience (education environments desirable)
7. Possess staff recruitment, training and management experience
8. Hold general maintenance experience, with a trade background (desirable)
9. Have a customer-service focused approach
10. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
11. Have a valid and current driving licence
12. The successful candidate will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical, and Blue Card Application.
