About the role
We’re looking for a Vineyard Operator to join our team at Whitlands in north-eastern Victoria. This opportunity will allow you to build & grow a career in a sophisticated, global brand and work outdoors in a friendly work environment. As part of the team, you’ll develop your skills further with good training and task diversity and have a hands-on role in the daily development and upkeep of the vineyards.
Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
1. Experience in viticulture/horticulture/farming/ tractor operations and agricultural machinery, with a genuine enthusiasm for wine and viticulture.
2. Flexibility, sound communication skills, a willingness to learn and be part of a strong and cohesive team.
3. The ability to work overtime subject to seasonal requirements.
4. A strong understanding of work health and safety procedures.
5. Valid driver's license.
