YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Group General Manager Global Retail and program reporting to the Transformation Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing all change management activities as part of a large transformation program.
In this role, you will identify and map stakeholders, lead collaboration and co-creation of processes with key stakeholders. Providing expert advice on change management interventions to align with program goals, developing training and Ways of Working (WoW) documentation, as well as supporting the building of change capability and embedding of sustainable change. Expertise with complex Change programs and simplifying this for easy adoption and digestion will be important in the role.
Please note, this role is for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the view to extend by another 6-months.

11. Develop and implement a change strategy and program aligned with program goals and culture.
12. Create and execute a comprehensive change management plan, covering communications, training and significant input into rollout planning
13. Engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, leading workshops to support rollout and change planning
14. Conduct impact analysis to assess change impacts, identify gaps, evaluate readiness and provide recommendations for improvement
15. Develop change plans aligned with program rollout plan
16. Work with business stakeholders across the organisation to implement changes, ensuring alignment with program activities
17. Provide coaching to the Executive and Senior Leadership teams to enhance their change leadership
18. Contribute to designing a change program that equips Change Leaders with change management skills
19. Direct business Change Analysts in completing change analysis activities, provide and implement training and support end users
20. Creating and monitoring metrics for effectiveness and highlighting training opportunities to improve outcomes
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
21. Proven experience (5+ years) in senior change management positions (Change Lead and/or Manager), particularly in managing rollout of new technology in large complex organisations
22. Proven experience in leading complex transformations, including operating model redesigns is essential
23. Strong background in managing change within immature environments and overcoming resistance
24. Strong experience in developing change management plans and design, develop or contribute to artefacts or interventions to enable SMEs and leaders in executing communications, training, champions engagement and resistance management
25. Hands-on leader with expertise in project/program change management
26. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders and handling difficult conversations
27. Highly desirable certification in change management methodology
28. Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
29. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
30. Preferred experience in Retail, with Point of Sale or ERP rollout
31. Strong experience in fast paced environment, with ability to make critical decisions or recommendation in rapidly changing environment
32. A passion and a love for Womens apparel retailing or “Shopping” as this will best equip you with the insights needed to support the change.
