The role works across Launch Housing brands, including leading digital communications for our social enterprise HomeGround Real Estate and Melbourne Zero campaign to end rough sleeping in Melbourne by 2030. It's a crucial role helping us mobilise communities online, raise funds, and challenge the stigma around homelessness. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in digital communications/marketing, with a proven track record in successful digital campaigns, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Google Analytics, Adwords, Meta, and Canva. What you'll be doing:Managing website content and traffic growth and optimisation for Launch Housing, Melbourne Zero and HomeGround Real Estate, ensuring accurate and engaging content and a seamless user experience. Developing and driving a varied range of end-to-end digital campaigns, including paid advertising, SEM and SEO strategies, that reach targeted audiences and deliver on business goals for Launch Housing, Melbourne Zero and HomeGround Real Estate. Working closely with the fundraising team, support the audience targeting, delivery and tracking of acquisition campaigns. Pursuing digital automation to develop impactful digital supporter journeys across our brands, helping define and optimise end-to-end journeys for different audiences. Coordinating and creating EDMs in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Nationbuilder). Lead and develop an impactful social media presence across our brands via coordination of a content plan for our channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), content development and community management (including DMs and community engagement). Relationship management, working closely with external third-party providers where required. Training and empowering others across Launch Housing to utilise digital communication channels. What we're looking for (key selection criteria): Appropriate tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or digital communications plus at least 3 years' experience in strategic digital communications/marketing/campaigning roles. A proven track record in designing, delivering and evaluating successful digital campaigns that reach and engage the public with a brand, working with a limited budget. Strong technical (eg Google Analytics, Adwords, UTMs, Meta, Metricool, Microsoft Dynamics) and creative (eg writing, Canva) skills. Strong skills in building a consistent brand voice across multiple digital channels. Demonstrated expertise in managing SEO/SEM strategies to deliver measurable outcomes, including acquisition via Google, digital, social, and EDMs. Experience analysing digital data and developing actionable insights, via a solid knowledge of digital analytics tools. Experience creating digital supporter journeys, creating email content and optimising landing pages. Experience in social media community management and engagement, social content calendars and content ideation and development. Proven ability to write engaging copy and create engaging content for digital audiences. Demonstrated commitment to the values of Launch Housing and our mission to end homelessness.
