An exciting opportunity is available to persue your career in a vibrant industry. Our client, a major entertainment and event complex based on the Gold Coast is seeking a dynamic and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and board.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Provide professional administrative support to the CEO, Board Members and Executive Team.
7. Arrange appointments for Chief Executive, Board and Executive Team.
8. Arrange travel, accommodation and all bookings for Board Members and Management staff.
9. Maintain the Chief Executive’s diary and filing system
10. Maintain monthly credit card reconciliation and maintain accurate records
11. Prepare and distribute reports
About You:
12. Previous experience in a similar PA/EA role
13. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
14. Excellent communication skills
15. Sales and Marketing background would be highly regarded
16. Intermediate MS Office skills
