Due to growth within the NSW business, an exciting opportunity has been created for a motivated and enthusiastic Coordinator to join the team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your role is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the NSW Branch Service department. There is a strong focus on the coordination of Service Technicians and administrative activities.
You will be responsible for communicating with our customers effectively, allocating jobs efficiently to our field service technicians, and planning scheduled maintenance visits, preparing quotations, and general office and warehouse duties. The role requires a highly organized person, possessing proactive and open communication skills, attention to detail, and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* Ability to achieve/exceed monthly service and labor targets
* Oversee daily coordination of the service team
* Produce a high level of productivity and efficiency within service
* Ensure your safety and the safety of those around you by complying with all safe work practices, policies, procedures, and instructions
* Effective problem-solving skills
* Able to effectively engage customers and build strong long-term working relationships
* Strong work ethic, thoroughness, neatness, and pride in your team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability, and confidentiality at all times
* Training provided
* Mechanical aptitude preferable but not necessary
* Knowledge of SimPro software advantageous
