The Role
This role is ideal for someone who loves to stay organised, can manage a variety of tasks, and is comfortable in a fast-paced setting. As our founder's right-hand, you'll play a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, from business operations to personal support. You'll have the chance to learn about digital marketing, gain hands-on experience, and grow alongside us.
Your Responsibilities: Organisation & Scheduling: Manage calendars, reminders, and appointments to keep our founder on track.Client & Partner Outreach: Represent our founder with professionalism, manage communications, follow up on sales calls, and build relationships.Tech-Savvy Support: Use a variety of digital tools and platforms, troubleshoot issues, and learn new systems as needed (training provided).Gatekeeping & Coordination: Handle emails, calls, and manage daily admin with a positive and proactive approach.Project Support: Assist with proposals, contracts, and ongoing admin to keep business operations on track.Personal Tasks: Help with errands, travel planning, and occasional personal projects.What We're Looking For: Exceptional Organiser: Skilled at managing multiple priorities, maintaining accuracy, and structuring tasks in a way that brings clarity and order.Detail-Oriented: You enjoy making sure everything's done right and on time, double-checking the little things.Confident Communicator: Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable handling calls, emails, and outreach with ease.Tech-Savvy: Familiar with online platforms, confident learning new tools, and excited by the prospect of working in a digital-first business.Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently, identifying areas for improvement, and taking initiative to streamline processes.Why Join Us?
