What you'll be doing Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you'll be involved in:
Working with global internal technology, business, and project teams to deliver a consolidated Jira instance across all Reapit product and development teams.In this capacity, your responsibilities will include: Implementation of a new consolidated Jira instance across all Reapit product and development teams.Migrating existing Jira and Azure DevOps instances to the new consolidated Jira instance.Implementing technology solutions that bring business processes and existing tooling together to meet the wider business needs.Ensuring new systems are delivered with appropriate documentation and change management.Who we're looking for At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success.

2-3 years of experience as a Jira administrator or Systems Integrator with significant Jira experience.Proven experience implementing or managing Jira instances for teams of 150+.Proven experience in system integration, with a strong understanding of SaaS solution integration and migration.Familiarity with integration platforms and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ESB).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients and teams.What your impact and success looks like As a Jira Administrator, we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month: Gain familiarity with the organization's systems, infrastructure, software platforms, and integration tools.Get acquainted with ongoing projects, including objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Contribute in small ways to the Jira integration project, such as assisting with documentation, conducting basic system assessments, or shadowing team members.Review existing documentation related to systems, processes, and projects.Within 3 months: Become deeply involved with the Jira migration project, actively engaging in setup and migration activities.Interact daily with internal clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide updates on project progress.Actively contribute to problem-solving efforts within project teams, offering insights and suggestions for improving system integration processes.Within 6 months: Deliver on the implementation of the Jira integration project, showing attention to detail and adherence to scope and time parameters.Strengthen relationships with internal clients by providing proactive support, addressing concerns promptly, and offering value-added insights.Identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization within ongoing projects and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.Share insights and lessons learned with team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.What's in it for you?
