* Proven technical and application knowledge of communications technology environments with an ability to recommend effective solutions and strategies to decision makers, influencing policy and ensuring seamless service integration and transition.
* Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of the major trends, strategic directions and legislative and governance frameworks within the ICT environment with a proven ability to gain strong stakeholder support and communicate the program's value, aligning service integration with business requirements.
* Well-developed leadership skills and the proven ability to manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise work, meet operational deadlines and foster a collaborative environment, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
* Highly developed oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to negotiate with influence and establish positive, strategic partnerships and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role:
* Whilst not mandatory, a tertiary or postgraduate qualification in an ICT/information management discipline will be highly regarded.
