About the Team

The Role
As the National Account Director within our Acquisition team, you’ll be responsible for helping new MYOB customers start, survive and succeed on the MYOB ERP Enterprise platform. You'll have full accountability for qualifying, pursuing, and successfully closing opportunities in your territory with a true hunter/execution capability.
You'll be part of a team of passionate, hard working people implementing best in class sales methodologies and pipeline management processes in delivering high volume, fast velocity revenue growth. By driving the MYOB Sales process you'll meet or exceed sales quotas, optimise your sales conversion rates, and reduce sales cycle time, while helping Enterprise customers.
What you'll be focused on...

o Achieve software sales quota, selling MYOB Acumatica Business and associated Enterprise solutions to achieve annual recurring revenue targets
o Build and manage a self-sourced addressable market and carry specific pipeline generation quotas and close business from self-generated leads
o Hold an Expansion revenue target and overachieve sales targets selling into a customer back book
o Proactively plan, forecast and manage pipeline, ensuring that gap and upside plans are in place
o Manage a value-based sales cycle from qualification of need, through to objection handling, negotiation and closing sales
o Maintain strong product knowledge to become a specialist on relevant buyers
What we'd love to see from you...

o Proven experience in an Enterprise level SaaS senior sales role owning a sales territory
o A focus in ERP, Payroll, WFM, Practice Management and or Financial Services solution selling
o Ability to influence, navigate and sell into complex C-Suite decision-making groups
o Tight control of forecasting on a set cadence with exceptional forecast accuracy
o Consistent track record of targeting and acquiring new customers
o Experience in selling sophisticated and / or technology solutions is essential
