What You’ll Do:
1. Lead & Supervise – Manage team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service.
2. Maintain Coffee Quality – Oversee the preparation of high-quality coffee, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup.
3. Enhance Customer Experience – Create a welcoming, community-focused environment where customers feel valued and engaged.
4. Stock Management – Handle inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to keep operations efficient.
5. Opening & Closing Duties – Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and readiness for the next shift.
6. Till & Cash Handling – Manage end-of-day reconciliation and till operations with accuracy.
7. Team Development – Train and mentor baristas, fostering skill development and high performance.
8. Health & Safety Compliance – Maintain a clean, safe work environment while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience: At least 2 years in a barista role, with leadership or supervisory experience.
2. Coffee Expertise: Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, machine operation, and maintenance.
3. People Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff.
4. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying upbeat and solution-focused.
5. Organizational Strength: Strong time management, attention to detail, and experience in stock control and cash handling.
