The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
* Performing Clinical Care to complex clients in their home
* Building strong connections with clients and their families
* Perform duties in line with the Nursing Award - Registered Nurse Level 2
* Maintaining accurate records of incidents and feedback as required
* Re-organising work priorities to meet the needs of the client
* Supporting all clients to meet their goals
* Reviewing Client Care Assessments and Care Planning to keep pace with changing needs
* Reporting to the Registered Nurse Care Manager
Anticipated shifts (may change with changing client needs):
* Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
* Monday-Wed-Fri 9pm-6am
* Optional occasional weekend shifts
Essential Criteria:
* Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements.
* Experienced in complex care needs
* A strong client focus which is based on their goals, preferences and needs
* Current National Police Check
* NSW Working with Children Check
* NSW Full Drivers Licence
* 3 COVID19 Vaccinations
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $52.00-$103.00 per hour
Work Location: In person in the clients home
