Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with project management and lead the delivery of marketing projects including briefing, creative execution, campaign implementation, event management and stakeholder liaison.
* Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
* Develop and manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
* Coordinate events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.
* Play a pivotal role in place activation and customer experience whilst liaising with sales teams to optimise their sales and enquiry through these marketing activities.
* Work with the regional marketing team to align stakeholders to marketing delivery and gain endorsement on key initiatives and campaigns.
* Extract and analyse data to help inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to optimise regional marketing efforts.
* Assist in the administration of supplier agreements and invoices.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or relevant discipline.
* Minimum of 4 years experience in a hands-on marketing role, with a strong focus on data analysis, communications, and content creation.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple marketing projects/campaigns running simultaneously.
* Excellent account and project management skills coupled with a collaborative and positive approach.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Ability to draw on market and customer insights to develop successful marketing plans and campaigns.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deadlines and schedules.
* Having great attention to detail and time management skills.
