These positions are located in their busy ACT office for an initial 12-month contract starting on the 03/02/2026. About the Position The Senior Business Analyst will provide services to support the Federal Agencies IT applications and systems projects. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design business processes, and ensure that IT systems align with these processes. The Business Analyst will facilitate workshops, produce specifications, and support the delivery of system improvements that meet business needs. Duties Business/System Analysis and business process design. Requirements elicitation and facilitating stakeholder workshops. Produce functional and non-functional specs, use cases, and scenarios. Analyze and map business processes, user pathways, and info flows. Manage and collaborate with business stakeholders. Act as a conduit between business and the program/project team. Work with business stakeholders for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Work effectively in a small team environment. Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other team members. Ability to record and maintain files/information. Requirements/Skills Must be an Australian Citizen Must possess a current security clearance: Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) Ability to achieve team objectives and deliver on intended results, build capability, and responsiveness within the team, adapt to, support, and manage change.
