Corpay is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join a thriving corporate sales team in our Melbourne office and focus on generating new business in the foreign exchange risk management segment.

In this position, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, driving sales growth, and establishing strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You'll strategically target new clients by following up on internal leads, leveraging your network, and proactively reaching out to new businesses. Role Responsibilities Achieve monthly targets by prospecting, qualifying, progressing, and closing corporate accounts with foreign exchange risk management needs.Attend face-to-face appointments with prospects to conduct needs analysis and discovery.Leverage your industry network to open new opportunities for Corpay by identifying potential referral opportunities, providing industry insight, building market awareness of Corpay, and representing us in the industry.Present Corpay's payment and FX risk management solutions to corporates in Australia and successfully convert prospects into clients.Stay up to date with financial markets and economic developments.Follow up with prospects through periodic calls, timely market updates, and marketing materials.Qualifications & Skills 3-5 years' experience in corporate sales (foreign exchange risk management, international payments, or banking experience an advantage).Ability to self-generate and convert a pipeline of corporate prospects into customers.Comfort undertaking regular cold calling sessions to Corporate Accounts.Confidence to engage with Directors and C-Level Executives of large corporations.Knowledge of the financial markets will be a plus, along with foreign exchange risk management understanding (training will be given).Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Strong sense of professionalism, tenacity, resilience, and a positive outlook.Ability to work independently from the field, home, or in the Melbourne office.What's in it for you?
