Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the development of a compelling business case for our organization's fraud program.
2. Engage closely with program, business, and technical stakeholders to conduct thorough investigations and gather both technical and non-technical information.
3. Define, validate, and prioritize requirements that align seamlessly with our organization's architectural principles and strategies.
4. Apply Agile delivery practices for activities such as backlog creation/refinement, requirements gathering, data discovery, and analysis.
5. Maintain a results-oriented approach, challenging existing processes effectively, while always prioritizing the needs of our customers.
6. Exhibit self-management skills, adaptability, and a keen ability to learn quickly.
7. Foster effective collaboration with dynamic technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party providers.
8. Facilitate workshops and conduct various business analysis activities, including business process modeling, requirements lifecycle management, and data modeling.
9. Establish project requirements by identifying key milestones, phases, and features.
10. Utilize analytics to propose valuable changes and enhancements to senior management, actively participating in the implementation of approved modifications.
11. Work closely with multiple business units to support and maintain customer data and system integrations.
About You:

13. Demonstrated experience in a similar role, successfully delivering high-impact and high-value initiatives that drive meaningful change.
14. Proven experience of more than 3 years in a senior role related to fraud investigations, case management, and data mining, including the delivery of new services and ongoing feature elaboration.
15. Experience with Cloud environments, specifically Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
16. Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise and engage stakeholders at all levels.
17. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, building productive relationships across multiple projects and business areas.
18. Proficiency in eliciting business requirements and acceptance criteria using various techniques, including workshops.
19. Experience working with diverse project teams, in-house development, and vendor teams to drive the delivery of business benefits.
