7 Month daily rate contract Paying between $850-$940 per day inc super Flexible WFH – 2/3 Days About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join a dynamic squad focused on enhancing and optimising our booking engine. This critical platform supports seamless booking experiences and is at the heart of our digital transformation initiatives. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for the booking engine. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications. Work closely with product owners, developers, and UX/UI teams to ensure alignment of requirements and design. Conduct gap analyses and propose innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities. Support the squad in planning, prioritising, and delivering initiatives within Agile frameworks. Analyse and document workflows, processes, and business rules related to booking systems. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the booking engine, recommending improvements. Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital or e-commerce environments. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Experience working on booking platforms or similar customer-facing digital systems is highly regarded. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
