Providing regular updates and reports to property owners/investors on property performance and market trends.Addressing tenant concerns, managing lease agreements, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.Scheduling and overseeing repairs, preventive maintenance, and property improvements.Selecting, hiring, and supervising contractors and service providers.Ensuring properties adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety standards.Implementing and managing energy-efficient and environmentally friendly practices.Handling urgent situations and coordinating appropriate responses to protect the property and its occupants.Leveraging property management software and other digital tools to optimize operations and reporting.What are we looking for.A demonstrated track record managing a portfolio of properties with a Sales/Agent Certification or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain one).Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with tenants, landlords, contractors, and colleagues.Ability to juggle multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.Property Management is no longer just collecting rent and writing monthly reports – it’s about building communities; finding innovative ways to activate buildings; creating new spaces for collaboration; building landlords of choice; incentivizing tenants in their fight for quality; initiating important conversations about ESG and sustainability; becoming the essential eyes and ears for our stakeholders and setting a path for their investments to reach their full potential.If you are up for the challenge, you will be offered a genuine opportunity for growth and stability.
