Also, someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, has a keen eye for design, and understands the latest trends in social media. Develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand's voice and aesthetic. Stay up to date with current trends in social media content and incorporate them into our strategy.Graphic Design - Create high-quality graphics, logos, banners, and other visual materials using Photoshop and other design tools. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Design promotional materials for various campaigns and events.Social Media Strategy - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth on TikTok and Instagram. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results. Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages and fostering a community around our brand.Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align on objectives and deliver cohesive content. Present design concepts and social media strategies to stakeholders and incorporate feedback. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Qualifications and Requirements:Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).Knowledge of other social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) is a plus.Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Strategist, or similar role.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software.Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and social media content creation.Excellent understanding of TikTok and Instagram platforms, including their features, trends, and algorithms.Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
