We are seeking a Customer Service Administrative Officer to join the Customer Service Branch of Transperth Train Operations (TTO). In this dynamic role, you will coordinate business improvements and purchasing while also supporting the Assistant Manager Customer Service in managing customer feedback and complaint resolution. Additionally, you will be the key point of contact for coordinating group bookings across the suburban rail network.As part of your responsibilities, you will assist in maintaining and updating operational procedures, managing administrative databases, and supporting special projects. You will also oversee purchasing and invoicing for the Customer Service Branch, liaise with suppliers, and ensure uniform and equipment needs are met.
