A building trade background or experience in the building fastener or building products industry in a stores, warehousing or Customer Service role may be advantageous though not essential.Additionally, the opportunity exists for existing Customer Service professionals to take the next step into supervision or management of the department in the short to medium term if that is your goal.You will be part of our team responsible for servicing our customers' enquiries at the sales counter and on the telephone, ensuring friendly and professional service and most importantly knowing when to ask for help to meet a customers' needs. Accurately entering all relevant documentation into the database including customer orders, returns etc, and any ad hoc duties as required.
