About the role: Our client seeking multiple highly motivated and skilled Speech Pathologists to join their team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with clients of all ages, from children to seniors, and with various diagnoses and conditions. Responsibilities: Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the patient's needs and goals. Develop individualised treatment plans that address the patient's needs and goals. Implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy.
