THE ROLE:
The Digital and Technology Services Division (DTS) is looking for a talented individual to fill an APS3/4 role. The role sits within the DTS Business Services team, responsible for supporting and contributing to the delivery of Finance, Procurement, and People services.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Perform day-to-day activities relating to DTS accounts payable and receivable, including but not limited to processing all invoices for DTS contractors, reconciling invoices received against Timekeeper timesheets, and tracking all invoices to ensure no payments are missed and rates are correct. Facilitate P2P administration on behalf of the DTS branch Contract managers. Provide support to the team and Business Services management to deliver Finance, Procurement, and People services. Track procurement contracts and identify renewal requirements by maintaining DITS procurement Kanban and Contracts master spreadsheet. Perform basic research and analysis from SAP and other corporate systems, manipulate data, and produce accurate reporting. Establish and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Represent the organisation in a professional manner at events and forums. Cross-skill with team members to ensure information and knowledge transfer. Effective resource and time management skills including the ability to prioritize own and the team's competing workloads, meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Identify problems or issues and resolve or establish treatments to mitigate. Actively apply Austrade business practices and maintain accuracy of information in all Austrade Business Systems to deliver accurate and timely reporting and effective relationship management. Assist in coordination and administrative tasks of the various procurement and contract management activities required to support the delivery of the DITS, Finance & Resources Team.
