We specialise in Case Formulation and Management ensuring a holistic approach to an end goal.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDemonstrated competence and experience in delivering Psychologist clinical services in accordance with the AHPRA and Professional Practice Standards using well developed psychosocial assessments and intervention skills and practice evidence informed clinical care, psychotherapy, psychometric assessments, case formulation and management and group work.Assist clients with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations/ psychosocial challenges.Demonstrate competence in professional clinical practice and adherence to defined practice standards and the case formulation and management of clients many with varied presentations.Demonstrated effective written communication skills including psychosocial assessments and reporting, comprehensive psychological reports, professional correspondence with other medical and allied health professionals, and clinical reports to professionals, and the provision of practice within the medico legal requirements.Demonstrated competence in communication, negotiation, consultation, and interpersonal skills to be independent in effective problem-solving including conflict resolution and to work cooperatively with ECM Multidisciplinary Team and contribute positively in all interactions at ECM.Provide primary consultation (if applicable), which includes the case management of clients, ensuring assessment are appropriate, diagnosis (if appropriate) are well supported, and treatment plans personalized with specific goals.Provide focused psychological strategies and counselling interventions for participants as per a developed treatment plan.Completing reports based on assessments, therapy, support needs, strengths and weaknesses, and current capabilities.Development, completion, and implementation of treatment plans to assist the client in meeting their personalized and NDIS goals.Ensure all administrative tasks (including case notes) are completed accurately and on time.Maintain documentation in accordance with relevant legislation requirements and Educational Case Management Pty Ltd policies and procedures, including but not limited to, case notes, medication records, behaviour charts, medical and personal profiles, and reports pertaining to the progress of Clients we support as well as organisational information required.Maintain Professional Liability Insurance, Professional Registrations, Personal Development Logs, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, and a clear Criminal Record.Maintain the participant's privacy and confidentiality.Follow reasonable directions given by the Management team.Have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary allied health team.
