Due to recent growth they are looking for an experienced Repair Coordinator to join the team Lead by a passionate operations manager, this role is perfect for someone who isn't afraid to make their own judgement calls and learn from mistakes. About the role: Answering both inbound and outbound calls to the insured Keeping both the insured and the insurer up to date with the progress of their claim Schedule trades Work closely with the Supervisors Contract management Coordinate make safes where required About you: At least 1 years experience in the role or similiar role in the insurance building industry Can work autonomously and as part of a team Not afraid to make decisions on your own Adaptable Can work with high volume claims Benefits: Small tightknit team Salary negotiable for the right person Work with people who want to see you succeed
