About the Role:
This role requires working closely with project teams and their operational or support teams, reporting to the Quality Manager. Key responsibilities include:
* Accountable for project operations and compliance
* Providing subject guidance on all project QA/QC matters
* Developing and leading the QA/QC team
* Developing, enforcing, and maintaining project quality management systems
* Monitoring project quality-related activities and documentation
* Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
This position is site-based and may require travel to suppliers as required by project requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* 5+ years' experience in QA/QC, preferably within the energy sector (highly desirable within the renewable sector)
* Tertiary qualification in engineering
* Proficient skillset with Microsoft Suite
* Strong knowledge of quality management systems and installation project quality management
* Analytical and logical thought process, with meticulous attention to detail
* Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods
* Good communication, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
