We are seeking a Service Manager to join our Leongatha Branch service department.
To be successful, you will have strong communication skills, excellent time management and an understanding of customer needs.
About the Role:
* Develop and implement effective Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
* Create annual Service Department goals and objectives in alignment with organizational financial and operational objectives.
* Schedule and assign jobs and work areas to employees based on their skills and knowledge.
* Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing.
* Ensure all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
* Manage recruiting, staffing, and employee development activities.
About You:
* Sound mechanical knowledge.
* Operations and management experience would be beneficial.
* People leadership experience would be beneficial.
* Motivated to provide a clean, safe, and efficient service department.
