About the role
The primary purpose of the Branch Manager position is to be the Branch Leader. This will express itself by managing staff and leading the branch to achieve business profit, sales and stock management objectives.
Main Responsibilities

•Compliance with all relevant safety, quality, environmental and human resource policies, procedures
•Lead and support all branch staff in their efforts to understand and drive these practices
•Working with management to implement the company policies, procedures, work instructions, mission, priorities, and goals
•Demonstrating the personal qualities & behavioural traits, and the company values and behaviours
•Perform any other tasks as directed from time to time within an employee’s skill and competence
•Participate in regular conversations with your manager to determine your personal Priorities and Goals that in turn align to the mission of the company
